- 1 head of Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
- 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp VAHDAM® India Turmeric Ginger Latte Mix
- ½ tsp Sea salt
Preheat the oven to 425℉ and chop the Cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Ensure that the florets are similar in size.
Whisk together all the other ingredients for the Lemon Turmeric dressing.
Place the Cauliflower Florets in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
Spread the Cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown, turning the pan halfway through. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley before serving.
