• 1 head of Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp VAHDAM® India Turmeric Ginger Latte Mix
  • ½ tsp Sea salt



  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉ and chop the Cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Ensure that the florets are similar in size.

  2. Whisk together all the other ingredients for the Lemon Turmeric dressing.

  3. Place the Cauliflower Florets in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.

  4. Spread the Cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown, turning the pan halfway through. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley before serving.
