Our maiden Oolong from the panoramic plantations of Avaata in southern tea growing region of India. This semi-fermented tea boasts of a silver glazed appearance with beautiful long leaves which unfurl completely upon infusion. The liquor is bright golden with a distinct earthy aroma with a delightful sweetness. The flavor is abolsutely unique and complex, suggesting notes of nuts and almonds.
