    Where are your Teas from?

    We source our teas from over 150 renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

    How are the teas packaged?

    After sourcing directly from plantations and farms, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in Delhi NCR, India. The teas and ingredients then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, and quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. These are vacuum-packaged using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum bags are then put inside cardboard boxes, sealed, and then stored in a state-of-the-art warehouse which ensures that the teas and the ingredients remain garden-fresh and maintain their character. Further, required quantities are packed in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in retail boxes and then sent over to our fulfillment centers located in various parts of the world.

    In how many days can the product be delivered?

    You will typically receive it within 3-5 days of placing the order. For Hawaii, Nebraska, Montana, Alaska, North Dakota & South Dakota the delivery should be expected within 7-10 days of placing the order.

    How do you store your loose tea after opening the pack?

    After opening the vacuum-sealed pack, you can transfer the green tea leaves to the ziplock/zipper bag that comes along with it.

    How many cups can I brew with this pack?

    The 340g/12 oz pack can brew 170 cups.

    Do you add milk to green teas?

    We recommend brewing it in hot water with no milk and minimal or no condiments at all to enjoy the authentic flavors.
