    Where are your Teas from?

    We source our teas from over 150 renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

    How are the Teas packaged?

    After sourcing directly from plantations and farms, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in Delhi NCR, India. The teas and ingredients then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, and quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. These are vacuum-packaged using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum bags are then put inside cardboard boxes, sealed, and then stored in a state-of-the-art warehouse which ensures that the teas and the ingredients remain garden-fresh and maintain their character. Further, required quantities in retail boxes and then sent over to our fulfillment centers located in various parts of the world.

    In how many days can the product be delivered?

    The product will reach the customer within 3-5 working days except Hawaii, California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Hawaii, Nebraska, Alaska, North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota after placing the order.

    How and where are the ingredients sourced from?

    All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality ingredients sourced from their place of origin. We procure all our teas, herbs, spices, and botanicals in their respective prime-harvest seasons, which differ according to the plantation, place of origin, season etc. Procuring these ingredients during their prime harvest periods means that we get the best quality which have an enhanced flavor, character, and freshness.
