How and where are the ingredients sourced from?

All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality ingredients sourced from their place of origin. We procure all our teas, herbs, spices, and botanicals in their respective prime-harvest seasons, which differ according to the plantation, place of origin, season etc. Procuring these ingredients during their prime harvest periods means that we get the best quality which have an enhanced flavor, character, and freshness.

How are your products packed?

After sourcing our ingredients directly from plantations within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. They then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. The blends made, pass through a final 10+ quality check points for quality and safety. They are then vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminium-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the blend maintains its character. Upon receiving a consumer's order, we further pack the required quantity of the product in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes or tin cans and then sent over to our own delivery centres located in various parts of the world.

What is the best way to store the teas?

Thankfully, your teas in this gift box already come freshly-packed in neat tin caddies that are air-tight and help sustain the tea’s flavor and freshness. There is no need to transfer the teas to another container. Make sure to keep the caddies away from direct light and moisture.

Such a fun assortment

A great selection and gorgeous packaging. Honestly I used them all for gifts and everyone was blown away by the idea and the quality.

Shipping problem

Never received it. Customer service is horrible. I am afraid to purchase again. No Customer service phone number and No refund. VAHDAM handling the problems ONLY through EMAIL also problem never solved. I just lost $400.

Wide variety

There were some duplicates among these 5 sets but overall it is very nice assortment & all in sampler size containers. These are great for trying some new to you varieties!

Excellent in all regards

Tea was impeccably packaged in a tightly sealed cady. I was surprised how small the package was. ziplock style bag was also included.The tea itself is delicious. Some of the best I've ever had, at an extremely good price. Don't hesitate to try Vahdam teas. I will definitly be ordering from them again.
