The Programs We Have
The ASCEND (Amplifying Students’ Capacity for Education and Nurtured Development) Program supports students from tea and spice-growing regions preparing for competitive exams for higher studies. In partnership with top coaching institutes, it offers up to 100% scholarships covering tuition and study materials.
The AIM (Academic Initiative for Merit) Program offers scholarships of up to ₹3 lakhs to students from tea and spice-growing regions who have successfully cleared competitive entrance exams and secured admission into top colleges for higher education.
The SPARK (Smart Progressive Academic Resource for Knowledge) Program supports students in 100+ government schools equipped with Digital Learning Centers (DLCs) under the TEACH ME™ initiative. The program promotes digital learning, academic growth, and career guidance.







Who Can Apply?
Region
Candidates must belong to tea and spice-growing regions, including West Bengal (Darjeeling, Siliguri, Dooars, Terai), Assam, Tamil Nadu (Nilgiris), Himachal Pradesh (Kangra Valley), Kerala, Karnataka, or Maharashtra.
Qualification
Students in classes 11th and 12th who are preparing for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, CAT, CLAT, or government exams.
Financial Proof
Must demonstrate financial need, with preference given to those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Region
Candidates must belong to tea and spice-growing regions, including West Bengal (Darjeeling, Siliguri, Dooars, Terai), Assam, Tamil Nadu (Nilgiris), Himachal Pradesh (Kangra Valley), Kerala, Karnataka, or Maharashtra.

Students who have secured admission to recognized undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) programs at top institutions.
Financial Proof
Must demonstrate financial need and academic merit to qualify for funding support.

Students studying in partnered government or government-aided schools, selected based on academic performance and school nomination.
Financial Proof
No separate application or financial documents required. Selection is based on academic merit as assessed by partnered institutions.
Application Process

- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed, and final selections will be made by the scholarship committee.

Proof of identity (Aadhaar card), Current year admission proof (admission letter/institution identity card/Bonafide certificate), Class 10 and 12 Marksheets, Family income proof (one of the following): Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat (signed and stamped), Income proof issued by Tehsildar/BDP (for rural areas), Certificate from concerned authorities for income from agriculture, horticulture, or veterinary sources.
