Shipping policy

We offer FREE Shipping on all subscription orders.

For regular orders, we charge a shipping of  $6.99 on all orders below $60. The products are generally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received.

Kindly note, the deliveries to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific might take longer than usual to reach due to limited logistics options at selected areas.

For Hawaii, Nebraska, Montana, Alaska, North Dakota & South Dakota the delivery ETA should be expected within 7-10 days.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect a payment deposit at checkout, then fulfill the order at a future date.

You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
