    Where are your Teas from?

    We source our teas from over 150 renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

    How are the Teas packaged?

    After sourcing our teas directly from plantations within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. The teas then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Post 10+ quality checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors etc. these are vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminum-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the teas remain garden-fresh and maintain their character. Further, required quantities are packed in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes and then sent over to our own delivery centers located in various parts of the world.

    In how many days can the product be delivered?
    The product will reach the customer within 3-5 working days except Hawaii, California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Hawaii, Nebraska, Alaska, North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota after placing the order.
    How and where are the ingredients sourced from?
    All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality ingredients sourced from their place of origin. We procure all our teas, herbs, spices, and botanicals in their respective prime-harvest seasons, which differ according to the plantation, place of origin, season etc. Procuring these ingredients during their prime harvest periods means that we get the best quality which have an enhanced flavor, character, and freshness.

    The mint and citrus combination helps to soothe the stomach. I drink this in the evening after dinner but not too long before bed, and it gives an overall pleasant feeling of peacefulness.
