    The square tea infuser is 100% stainless steel 18/8, grade 304 including the chain and hook. It is absolutely safe to use with products like tea leaves, hot water, lemon etc.

    I love using loose leaf tea but I don't enjoy the process of cleaning the tea balls, or other accessories I have tried. This one is great and easy to clean. I have to admit that I am a 'mug of tea' person so I would love something that sits across a larger cup/mug.
