How and where are the ingredients sourced from?

All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality ingredients sourced from their place of origin. We procure all our teas, herbs, spices, and botanicals in their respective prime-harvest seasons, which differ according to the plantation, place of origin, season etc. Procuring these ingredients during their prime harvest periods means that we get the best quality which have an enhanced flavor, character, and freshness.

How are your products packed?

After sourcing our ingredients directly from plantations within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. They then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. The blends made, pass through a final 10+ quality check points for quality and safety. They are then vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminium-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the blend maintains its character. Upon receiving a consumer's order, we further pack the required quantity of the product in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes or tin cans and then sent over to our own delivery centres located in various parts of the world.

What is the best way to store the teas?

Thankfully, your teas in this gift box already come freshly-packed in neat tin caddies that are air-tight and help sustain the tea’s flavor and freshness. There is no need to transfer the teas to another container. Make sure to keep the caddies away from direct light and moisture.

Can I customize the items in the Gift set?

No. Unfortunately, we don't offer customization for our gifting range.

Is gift wrapping available?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift wrapping for orders at this time. Although our teas are sourced and packed in India, we operate at multiple fulfillment centers across the US to ship out your products. Hence. it isn't feasible to offer gift-wrapping services. However, if you would like to send a gift or convey a message to the recipient, we can provide a digital gift card via email. This way, you can personalize your gift with a custom message while ensuring that it reaches the recipient well on time.

How many cups will this make?

100 grams can easily make 50+ cups.

How can I place an order for the larger quantity?
